The Customer or Client may also mean “You” or “Your.”

Independent Cleaning Professionals

ARLINGTON WHITE GLOVE CLEANERS LLC is not the employer of the house cleaner referred to you.

We refer highly vetted cleaners in the area to our customers.

Cleaning Services

ARLINGTON WHITE GLOVE CLEANERS LLC provides professional, residential, and other cleaning services.

When scheduling online, you will be prompted to provide your contact information as well as select a specific cleaning service.

We also require:

✅ The size of the premises

✅ The number of bathrooms and other specifications

All bookings will always have a one to two (1-2) hour arrival window due to unexpected delays or force majeure events.

🔹 Rate increases or changes will be posted on our website and/or customers will be notified via email.

Scheduling and Confirmation

Confirmation

When booking a cleaning service online, you understand that it does not automatically guarantee an appointment for that date and time.

One of our representatives will contact you via email or phone with a confirmation for your appointment.

To avoid trip fees, we schedule our cleanings efficiently based on driving routes.

If you need a specific time, we will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee availability.

🔹 If you are unavailable and our cleaner is locked out, you understand and agree that this will incur a $100.00 lockout fee.

Payment

Payment for services can be made via credit or debit card through the Client portal or by phone call.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and reserve the right to collect and retain your payment information.

✅ Your card will not be charged until after the scheduled cleaning has been performed.

Customers who enroll in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning services authorize our Company to charge their card on file after service is completed.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds, as our business is based on delivering high-quality service.

However, if you are unhappy with your scheduled cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will correct the error at no additional charge.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time to protect our Company, subcontractors, and agents.

🔹 Our policies prevent representatives from working in places with:

🚫 Weapons

🚫 Extreme clutter

🚫 Disconnected utilities

🚫 Aggressive pets

Cancellations & Fees

24-Hour Notice

We require a minimum of 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment.

🔹 Failure to provide notice will result in a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Lockouts

If our representatives are unable to access your home upon arrival due to:

🚪 Locked doors

🚪 Being turned away at the door

🚪 Refusal of entrance

Then, you understand and agree that a $100.00 lockout fee will be charged to your card on file.


Security and Alarms

🔹 If your home has a security system, please notify us in advance and provide access or a security code.

🔹 Keys & Access:

We are not responsible for damages or theft if you leave a door unlocked or place a key in an unsecured location.

Upon termination or cancellation of services, we will return all customer keys within 48 hours or the next business day.

Breakage & Liability

Our cleaners are professional and insured, but accidents can happen.

🔹 Personal property damage must be reported within 24 hours.

🔹 Limited Liability: We are not responsible for damages caused by:

✅ Regular wear and tear

Improperly installed items

Fragile items not disclosed during booking

Non-Solicitation

You agree not to solicit any employee, agent, or contractor of ARLINGTON WHITE GLOVE CLEANERS LLC for a period of one year after termination of services.

🚫 Hiring one of our cleaners directly will result in a penalty fee of $2,500.00.

Website Usage

Users are prohibited from:

Copying or downloading website content

Using bots or data mining software

Engaging in threats, harassment, or bullying

Impersonating someone else

Attempting to register others without consent

🚨 Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.

🚨 If any clause is invalid, the rest of the Agreement remains valid.

By using our services, you agree that electronic signatures are legally binding, just like handwritten signatures.
